Plenty of space for every need

A total of around 17,000 m² of office space is available to let in the «MainTower», but in the meantime almost all floors have been rented to well-known companies such as Novo Nordisk Pharma AG and AXA Leben AG.

_ 9 floors in the tower, each of approximately 655 m²

_ 1 extra-high top floor in the tower, approximately 523 m²

To complement the available office space, adequate parking space and storage rooms are proposed for the four underground floors. These may be rented in addition to the main areas.

Some areas of the ground floor as well as the 7th and 8th floor are still available at the moment. On the underground floors are the rentable storage rooms and underground parking spaces arranged. For detailed information on the floor plans for the individual floors, click on the graphic adjacent.
